Thoughts on a lazy Sunday...

Stumbling around central London barefoot last night I had wine fueled realization: I live in the greatest city in the World.
I know that the wine probably had a hand in the crazy amounts of love seeping out of my pores, but really. I woke up sober this morning (well, not totally sober and in my bed, thank goodness, not on the sidewalk of Shaftesbury Avenue) and I defend my claim.
This might seem a bit obvious to some, or trivial to others, but life is so crazy and rarely does it slow down enough for you to take a really good look around, and when it does you never know how it's going to make you feel.
I feel this: lucky. loved. full.

I am exactly where I am meant to be in this moment in time.
That will not change in the next 10 seconds or 10 days.

Speaking of 10 days...
HOMEWARD BOUND!
Never have I been so excited to fly across the ocean.

I also realize that I hardly write in this anymore... TIME. I have all of it and none of it. And when I get some free, I'm usually galavanting or sleeping. Wish I did write more, this would be an excellent thing to come back and read 10 years from now when I'm poor, unemployed and reminiscing about the "good old days." Ooo, gotta love that positivity.
I'll make more of an effort.

In conclusion: London is amazing. I bask in it's awesome-sauce. And am grateful.

~fin~

P.S. Loving those beautiful friends of mine. All over the world, wherever they may be.
